Announcements: Show and Tell is this week. Monday and Wednesday for the 3 year old classes and Thursday for the 4 year olds. Have your child find something that represents what their mom or dad does at work. Have them practice what to say so they are comfortable. Look for November Calendars to come home this week
Tuition is due this week
I was happy to see so many of you on Halloween. I hope you had a great weekend with your family. Thank you for being so understanding about last week with my Grandma’s funeral. It was a very nice service and very good to be with family.
Home Challenge: This week we are learning about different jobs people do in our community. On Thursday we will write letters and get them ready to mail. I’m going to encourage them to write a letter to a relative or friend who lives far away so if you can help coach them before hand. I know grandparents really love mail! For the 3 year old group I would encourage you to have your child “write” a letter or draw a special picture as well and take it to the post office to mail it. You can show them where the stamp goes on the envelope and they can put it in the blue mail boxes. They may receive mail back and that’s even more fun!
